Guti, is the nickname that was given to our salon owner, Jenneffer Gutierrez, by one of her former colleagues.  Jenneffer decided to go into business for herself and open up her own salon when the salon she formerly worked for decided to close down.  She knew that if she was going to have to start over, she wanted to do it for herself.  With the support of her family and close friends she began to create Guti. Through the construction and designing of it all, her family was by her side every step of the way. Guti was officially ready to open its doors in December 2019 and was met immediately with tremendous success.  

In March 2020, the world came to a sudden stop when we were hit with the global pandemic caused by Covid 19. At that time, we did not know what would become of Guti as we were still new in the game. Thanks to Jenneffer, who launched our personalized professional color kits and to our loyal clients, Guti was able to push through and persevere.

Today, Guti continues to grow with the addition of new staff members and a commitment to continue to serve our clients with quality service and hair care.  We know that the challenges we faced were difficult and that we will face further obstacles but, we will continue to work hard and keep an optimistic spirit as we look forward to what the future holds.
